HOW TO ORDER YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN
To order your design, simply follow these easy directions.
Answer some questions about your design (how many images you will be sending in, what size album, your goal for how many pages in the album).
Which Design Style Would You Prefer?
- Designer's Choice - Recommend no more than 7 images per spread.
- Modern - Less is more. Design will incorporate clean lines and full page images.
Recommend 2-5 images per spread.
- Classic Black - Design will be on all black pages, with up to 5 full page bleed images as faded backgrounds. Image borders will be white. Traditional layouts.
Recommend 5-10 images per spread.
- Clean White – The clean and simple album. Open white space with no borders on images - drop shadows and 4-5 full page bleeds with faded backgrounds.
Recommend 1-5 images per spread.
- Fun - Design will include graphic elements, background images, overlapping images and sloppy borders to create a fun and whimsical layout.
Recommend up to 10 images per spread.
FTP your images – turnaround on 1st design proof is one week from payment received – often times much faster!
Additional proofs/revisions are usually done same day – can take up to 48 hours.

Have specific names, dates or quotes you want included in the design?
Not a problem – add a note for the designer to the bottom of your order with anything you would like included.
We are working on getting samples of each what of these design styles will look like. But remember every design is custom and is formatted around the images you submit. If you have an idea of what style you want, and it does not fall into any of the listed categories, simply choose Designer's Choice and then provide samples of design (via email to design@ProAlbums.com - referencing your design order number - or include enough information in Notes to Designer (same as Special Instructions) for the design team to work with. We will contact you with any questions/clarification.
Our Design Team will be happy to speak with you directly, of course, and figure out what best suits your needs and your clients’ wishes.
Here are a few tips on making the design process smooth and quick:
Provide images that are in order they want to appear in the album (generally), this is the BEST way to ensure the design is something they will like. Our Design Team wasn't at the wedding, and can’t always tell who the family is – we always do our best to make a logical layout, but you can help tremendously by naming the images in order (numbered/named) the way you want them to flow through the album.
Does your client have a favorite picture that you want highlighted as the first page/last page/ImageVue Cover? Just make a note when ordering and we will be sure to feature it.
